What is Large Case Management?

Our SMART Nurse, Mary Beth, is an advocate for our membership and their families to assist with obtaining quality health care,

 provide information to help make better-informed health decisions, and assist

members with making decisions that are more appropriate and cost-effective to both the member and the Fund.
